Principle Demolition has been appointed to deliver a programme of demolition and construction works at5 Cambridge Gate for Saville Brown Associates, a prestigious residential address overlooking Regent’sPark within the Regent’s Park Conservation Area in the London Borough of Camden.

The project involves the refurbishment and redevelopment of a 450 sqm two-storey flat spanning the basement and ground floor, forming part of a luxury residential building. The works will completely modernise the property while maintaining its residential use and respecting the character of the surrounding conservation area. As part of the redevelopment, an existing link structure will be demolished to allow for the construction of a new two-storey extension, supported by a new structural steel frame. This will replace the existing conservatory structure and create improved, reconfigured internal spaces throughout the property. The project will ultimately deliver a fully refurbished and reimagined residential space, providing modern living accommodation within one of London’s most prestigious locations.
