The project involves the refurbishment and redevelopment of a 450 sqm two-storey flat spanning the basement and ground floor, forming part of a luxury residential building. The works will completely modernise the property while maintaining its residential use and respecting the character of the surrounding conservation area. As part of the redevelopment, an existing link structure will be demolished to allow for the construction of a new two-storey extension, supported by a new structural steel frame. This will replace the existing conservatory structure and create improved, reconfigured internal spaces throughout the property.
